If the delivered goods have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or the parcel service employee who delivers the items.

Failure to notify the transport damage report has no consequences for your legal claims.

For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for rectification of defects / new delivery, as well as - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for price reduction or withdrawal apply.

Insofar as we grant you a seller guarantee for an item, the details result from the warranty conditions attached to this item. Guarantee claims exist without prejudice to legal claims / rights.
